DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY
1. Shipment Processing Time. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. 2. Shipping Time vs. Handling time estimates
When completing your purchase, you will notice shipping time estimates and options you can choose from. These estimates are for TRANSIT TIMES ONLY and are NOT the same as our Handling times.
* All orders have a handling/processing time of 1-3 business days.
- This estimate is NOT apart of the shipping estimates you will receive during checkout.
To have an idea of when you will receive your package, please allow (1-3 business days) for handling + the shipping time you chose during checkout.
Ex: free ship (7-10 business days + 1-3 business days handling time)
3. Business days VS non-business days
*Please note: Business days do not include weekends and holidays. Therefore, shipping times and estimates are based off standard non holiday times and weekdays only.
4. Orders made after 12pm PST
Orders made after 12pm PST will be ready for processing the following day. *Please allow 1-2 business days to receive a tracking confirmation.
5. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates.
For online orders, shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed in USD at checkout. Estimated delivery dates will be provided once your emailed tracking number has been activated(if shipped with USPS selected delivery options). Expedited delivery is only available within the contiguous United States.
6. Canceling Orders After Receiving Your Shipping Confirmation
If you have received a confirmation of shipment and a tracking number has been provided to you, we cannot refund or cancel your purchase. Cancellations must be made before we ship out the item.
7. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been placed and another email containing your tracking number(s) once the order has shipped. The tracking number will be activated within 24 hours.
8. Shipping Fees
Any shipping fees paid for upgraded shipping such as standard, express & elite are non-refundable
8. Free Shipping & First Time Buyer Promos. GamesRuslive.com's free shipping promo extends to first time buyers only. The free shipping option applies to all orders shipped within the U.S for any size order with a transit time of 7-10 business days and a 1-3 business day handling time. Free shipping offers are not valid on reshipment(if the order needs to be reshipped), Shipping Redirects or resends(If applicable). If your order needs to be resent to due an invalid address, you are responsible for paying for the resend as the promo does not apply to resends. If you choose NOT to have the item resent, then your item will be considered a return and therefor will be subjected to a 15% restock fee. as per our sites return policy.
10. First Time Buyer Shipping promo. Please review option 4 above for information on all first time buyer shipping promos. All first time buyer shipping promos are subjected to the same terms.
11. Signature Requirement. Small parcel orders do not require signature upon delivery. If this option is requested, please note that an individual must be present at time of delivery to provide the required signature.
12 Customs, Duties, and Taxes. Gamesruslive is not responsible for any customs clearance charges, duties, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (e.g., taxes, tariffs, VAT).
NO SHIPPING DAYS
GamesRuslive observes US national holidays and does not ship on those days.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
GamesRuslive is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after a confirmed delivery has been made to the household. If the tracking shows the item has successfully arrived to the buyers location. GamesRuslive will not be held liable for any lost or stolen packages thereafter.
SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY
- If approved for a return, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(depending on the reason for your return).
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- There will be a restocking fee assessed to all products being returned(When Applicable). The restock fee applied will be no more than 15% of the purchase price.
- Restocking fees will be taken out of your portion of the refund.
- Restocking fees apply to all condition items being returned EX: (New, Like New, Preowned, New(Open Box).
Shipping fee Refund
- Any cost paid for upgraded shipping options are nonrefundable Ex: (Express shipping, Standard shipping & Express Elite Shipping)
- When returning orders back to GamesRuslive, you (the buyer), are responsible for the package contents and MUST make sure all original contents of the order are shipped back together.
- Failure to provide all contents of the order( accessories, manuals , cables, etc..) will result in a deduction of the refund due and/or a delay in receiving your refund.
- You(The buyer) are responsible for providing your own shipping label and proper packaging when returning items back to us.
- Return labels are not offered by GamesRuslive.
- You(The buyer) are responsible for shipping their own order and must provide tracking with their order in a timely manor when shipping the item back to us.
Self Shipping Costs:
- The cost of shipping the item back to us is bared by the buyer and is not refundable cost. GamesRuslive will not be held responsible for the postage you(the buyer) decide to pay to ship back the item.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
- If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
- We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
